1-Welding Procedure Qualification/ Welder Qualification Services( WPS & WPQ)

 

TODREG carry out the qualification of Welding procedures and Welder Qualification allowing companies to achieve their goals in meeting industry standards.

Our experts visit the customer facility for review, understand and recommend the required welding procedures to be qualified and support from preparation of test coupons to actual testing and certification, qualify Welder and train them in using the qualified WPS.

2- Inspection & Audits

TOR Technical Services has qualified Inspectors to carryout Field Quality Inspection as per approved Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection and Test Plan. We have the capability to conduct inspection from single orders to entire projects in accordance with International Codes and Standards.

Our Trained Inspectors visits the Project Sites to oversee inspections and tests, review and witness special processes, verify measurements and testing results, assess workmanship, and report site progress. The scope of the inspection is determined by the client and can range from the commencement to the commissioning of the projects.
